| A classic Hendrick's Gin & Tonic My favourite spirit. Nearly my favourite spirit drink... change the lime for cucumber & tonic for soda water and you're bang on. Oh & the Wall Street Journal declares that this was the best gin in the world. Just sayin'. Ready for Australia Day tomorrow? I'm off to party with my work mates, sister & friends. The day will consist of zinc, Australiana paraphernalia, beer, lamb, snags, chips, dip, laughs and of course the Triple J Hottest 100 countdown. Praise the Lord for the Lucky Country. Seriously.
