The latest Lorna Jane bootcamp, I believe is one of the most positive actions to come of the Move Nourish Believe campaign yet. In checking my emails this evening I came across the Believe Bootcamp. It's all about self-love and quelling the incessant, insistent destructive voice of the ego that is more than often, ever present in young women today. We are consumed by comparison, stress and self-loathing, and it is truly about time we put that to rest. Realistically, this can be a little easier said than done. But if it's something that you know is about time you conquered - here is a great place to start.

Thoughts become things. This is also a little something I like to have sent to my inbox every weekday. Sometimes a little unbiased perspective and a pick-me-up is all you need to centre yourself.

Saturday finds me up early, skyping with my dear cousin and Godson. Pushing a few design bits and bobs around and enjoying the cooler morning with a cup of Irish Breakfast tea and delicious golden crumpets.

Whilst on my usual blog perusal I came across the prettiest nails I have seen - watercolour DIY nail painting via A Cup Of Jo. Delicate and intriguing, with the right amount artist embellishment. On to the ever-growing spare time to-do/experiment list!

I'm off to enjoy the Autumn sun and light breeze by the river.

Thankfully today was much cooler than the weekend, and so I believe Autumn must be on it's way back. Come on!

I'm loving the idea of bundling up in scarves with wild bobby-pinned hair, the smell and taste of freshly baked sourdough baguettes and stepping it out in brogues.

Autumn is here. And the weather is undecided here is Brisbane. Rain for days or humidity - or both. I am looking forward to the crisp, fresh mornings, the inviting smell of warm, roasting coffee or a pot of freshly brewed tea. Soft doonahs, Saturdays in layers, blankets by the TV. Scarves and boots and t-shirts in the sunshine... The multitude of colour on the branches of the Plain trees and the crunchy ones fallen beneath your feet. I look forward to Easter at home with family and Love and a mischievous cat.

This is mine and I'm on a journey that seems a little obscure at the moment. Perseverance however, is my key to pushing forward and pursuing that dream. Whilst working away on design pieces for a Brisbane restaurant, downtime sees me renewing my love for Pinterest and lifting ones spirits with the inspirational quotes and beautiful typo/photopgraphic artworks you can find there.
