The latest Lorna Jane bootcamp, I believe is one of the most positive actions to come of the Move Nourish Believe campaign yet. In checking my emails this evening I came across the Believe Bootcamp. It's all about self-love and quelling the incessant, insistent destructive voice of the ego that is more than often, ever present in young women today. We are consumed by comparison, stress and self-loathing, and it is truly about time we put that to rest. Realistically, this can be a little easier said than done. But if it's something that you know is about time you conquered - here is a great place to start.

Thoughts become things. This is also a little something I like to have sent to my inbox every weekday. Sometimes a little unbiased perspective and a pick-me-up is all you need to centre yourself.

It just so happens that more days of the week than not these days, I am at a gorgeous and quaint little coffee shop in Hendra, an inner-city Brisbane suburb, with the most immaculate attention to detail and well-dressed staff.

It's also home of the Queensland Barista 2012 and well, the coffee - is unbelievable. Boasting two signature haus blends and ever-changing single origins on offer, I believe I'm about to embark on a unique and a little unexpected journey. A journey, or an education that is awakening the senses to say the least!

It's funny what life gives you. Curve-balls followed by simple pleasures... Aaaaahhhhhhh!

Day 18 of the new year and this is my first post. What's been keeping me? Well, as the year ended last year a curve-ball caught and a breathe of fresh air has seen some serious behind-the-scenes work take place.

So without rambling, I have waited til now to blog. To share a little quote to carry through your day, week, year, rest of your life. Sometimes you don't know whether it's good luck or bad luck, but what you do in the interim without giving up surely counts; and let's the Universe know you're ready for the next big thing.
